NI Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Shedid as Vice President of Investment Banking. Shedid brings a wealth of experience in private equity, investment, and commercial banking, garnered over several years at leading regional and local financial institutions.

Before joining NI Capital, Adam Shedid held the position of Vice President to the Managing Director at LimeVest Partners, a private equity fund specializing in healthcare and pharma-focused growth capital. Prior to that, he was a Senior Investment Associate and a part of the founding team at Humania Capital DIFC Ltd., a Dubai-based healthcare platform with a focus on greenfield and operational tertiary hospitals in Egypt, GCC, and Morocco.

Adam Shedid has also made significant contributions to the investment banking industry, having served as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking team at NAEEM Investment Company, a subsidiary of NAEEM Holding Co. Additionally, he worked in the Corporate Credit department at Arab African International Bank and began his career as an FX and Fixed Income securities dealer in Emirates NBD’s treasury department/dealing room.

In recognition of his expertise and commitment to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, Adam Shedid holds board positions in multiple companies within these industries.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in Economics, from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
